About your nutritional therapist
Karen Allan BA(Hons) Dip ION mBANT
Karen graduated in 2004 from the Institute of Optimum
Nutrition www.ion.ac.uk and is
qualified with a diploma in Nutritional Therapy. Karen’s interest in
nutrition arose from suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome caused by
candidiasis and parasites. Having experienced first hand the incredible
transformation that just changing her diet and taking the right
supplements made to her life, she wanted to learn more and share with
others the knowledge that she has gained. She believes that everyone can
benefit from the power of good food and that it can be used
therapeutically to allow the body to heal itself. After twelve years in
the cinema industry as a successful film buyer and manager, she decided
to leave and pursue a career in nutritional therapy.
Karen is warm and welcoming; she makes you feel at
ease and is enthusiastic and motivating.
